Carlo Pikale's Expedition Report (カルロ・ピケール 遠征報告 Karuro Pikēru Repōto?) is an extra chapter included in the 3rd volume of the Attack on Titan: Before the Fall manga, written by Ryō Suzukaze and illustrated by Satoshi Shiki.

Summary
Carlo Pikale writes about how the Survey Corps, on its first expedition in fifteen years, ran into a ten-meter Titan. He notes that the Corps had no way of defeating it, and it blocked their only way back to Wall Maria, forcing them to engage, and that although the Titans' weakness had been discovered in the previous expedition, the only way to reach it would be to use the device, which the Corps did not have. He writes that during the attack, the stowaway Kuklo attempted to fight the Titan using the Corps rifles, and that it was thanks to Kuklo that their chances against the Titans were reborn.
