It is a fan-given name as substitute for lack thereof, and should not be considered as part of the Attack on Titan universe.
The Infant Titan is a movie exclusive character, so far only appearing in the first movie.
This Titan resembles a gigantic human baby, with tiny limbs and a huge head. Like the rest of the Titans in the movie, it has short black hair, but unlike the Titans who have pale skin, it has light olive skin. It has pure black, almond shaped eyes. It is either covered in dirt or blood. It has the communication skills and maturity of a human baby, as shown by getting mad when it could not catch Hiana and Eren and communicated by cries, laughs, and coos.
The Infant Titan first appeared in Monzen, when the Scout Regiment recruits were dispatched to find any Titans in the perimeter. When they found nothing, they were ordered to retreat. However, one recruit, Hiana, hears sounds she believes are coming from a human baby and runs to find it, Eren accompanying her. When they find the source of the noise, they find that it is an infant Titan. It attempts to grab them, but they run away. It gets angered and releases a loud cry, which alerts the other Titans to the humans positions.
