I've done a few (small) edits to the translation of the lyrics! A quick explanation to avoid confusion: I replaced "far" with "vast". Both do mean "weit", but in this case, we're not talking about something being a great distance away ("far") but to something being physically extensive. In German, we refer to "nature" with feminine, singular pronouns. I'm not quite about English, but I replaced the "their" that was already there with "its", since that's exclusively singular. "We hopefully can understand it someday" is a very literal translation, but I thought it sounded a little awkward. I hope the new one is a little smoother, the meaning stayed the same. "Wir gehen festen Schrittes" is hard to translate. I still felt like "We go with firm steps" sounded off, despite being a word-for-word translation- I tried googling the expression, but couldn't find it. I chose "walking firmly" instead, it still means the same. The german lyrics are referring to one specific angel ("der"), so I switched "an" for "the". Apparently, you use "who" rather than "which" when talking about angels in english too; I decided to use the same for the line about the demon. I also fixed a little spelling mistake (in "pleasant"). I found the rest of the translation to be fairly accurate. Please correct me if I made any mistakes! I'll happily discuss this further with anyone who wants to. --Minyaa (talk) 20:19, October 29, 2013 (UTC)
