Apparently it's possible to extract spinal fluid using a 'spinal tap'. If characters did this, couldn't multiple people possess the Coordinate or Power of the Titans?

    • The spinal fluid possesing the ability to Titan Shift would be gone, so probably not):

    • I feel like the "unseen paths" controlling the power of the Titans would manage to prevent this from being exploited.

    • It could be managed if a Titan performed a careful bite on a Titan Shifter. If the aim was not to kill them, but to absorb and assimilate their power, then just a little spinal fluid is necessary. Also, spinal fluid should be renewable so long as the person is still alive and healthy.

It's only available for pre-order until the 6th, according to the website.

Just extract it without letting it come into contact with oxygen first.

    • Like through a syringe and keeping the spinal fluid in the capsule and injecting into the Titan's mouth.

The original human would fall into a comatose due to lack of pressure, and im hypothesizing that doctors had no clue what a coma is, based on the technology suggested in this universe.

But if this is attempted and successful, would the former Titan Shifter be able to live free of the Curse of Ymir?

      Maybe. Maybe not.

We don't exactly know enough about it.

    • They were making pure titans with a fluid that always been evaporating so it had to be from titan, not the human owner. Zeke could delay the transformation until he wished for it. Not much is known to us.

I wonder if Connie's mom was the first to receive Zeke's spinal fluid and by the time Zeke roared to transform them, it had started to leave her system and that that's why she turned out incomplete and deformed.

It might be possible that she was a Guinea pig, which is why she wasn't able to move as freely as the others were.
