i thought it would be pretty cool to see Mikasa as a titan, so i thought of that.

you need spinal fluid, blood would do nothing.
well spinal fluid is the to turn someone directly into a titan, i thought since Eren's bloodline are the only ones with the titan ability dormant inside them it would give someone the potential.
I am sure Marley knows how to do it but I doubt blood is involved.
What can say maybe Mikasa will have an Annie snack but she's quite op as she is and I kind of want Annie to stay alive or at the least have a decent death scene...
Mikasa can't become a Titan anyway; she's half Asian, half Ackerman, neither of which can become Titans. You have to be an Eldian to become a Titan.
The answer (according to what we've been told so far) is no.
From what I have learn so far from the chapters. The serum does acquires spinal fluid, but it might acquires other ingredients to make it. In chapter 107 when Yelena and the other anti-marley volunteers gave Dot pixile the serums. She said that they couldn't get the research materials on how to make more. So my guest is that within the serum, there is more ingredients than spinal fluids.
can't be too complicated since we can assume they have been using titans for the last 2000 years and the Reiss family had them, but im guessing you just need to know how it works to repiclate it

Possibly, but I don't think that titan serum have been around for 2000 years. Possibly it may have been around for a few centuries.
